It is estimated that nearly two-thirds of all air conditioning units do not operate efficiently because of air flow and/or refrigerant problems. In a warm-desert environment such as ours, that translates into lots of wasted energy and dollars.
IID's Quality AC Maintenance program is designed to ensure that both refrigerant charge and airflow through the evaporator coil are properly tested and correctly adjusted and also that duct leakage is detected and properly sealed.
