At Tuesday’s regularly scheduled board meeting, the Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors did not take action on a proposal to integrate the utility’s Energy Cost Adjustment into the base rate.
Currently set at 5.01¢ per kilowatt-hour, the ECA will remain separate from the base rate.
